JSC “Tukuma Piens” is one of the largest milk processors in Latvia, cooperating with 225 suppliers, mainly in Kurzeme and Zemgale, and produces more than 180 different dairy products, including “Baltais Exports” brand fresh dairy products, “Baltais EKO” brand organic products: yogurts, cottage cheese, cream, kefir, etc
With the growing consumer demand for the products produced by JSC “Tukuma Piens”, the company needed to expand and reconstruct production facilities, as a result of which the company’s board decided to implement the project “Construction of a new production building for production needs”.
Within the framework of the project, a new production building was built, the necessary utilities were built and the territory was improved. As well as the installation of production equipment in the newly built production building and the start of the production process.
As a result of the project implementation, a production building was built and put into operation, which is intended for the expansion of the production plant of A / S “Tukuma Piens”, the production of cottage cheese and butter was started, including the maturation of other dairy products in the new production building. This allowed the company to develop these product segments by offering consumers ever new and unprecedented products.
