SIA “Top Food” is a producer of smoked and fresh cheese, as well as cheese snacks in Latvia, founded in 2014. With increasing demand each year, the assortment of products has also increased. Now there are 6 different types of products being produced and marketed – cheese braids, cheese straws, cheese pearls, cheese thread, smoked-cheese snacks “Hrumm hrumm” and “Cheezery”.
The regular development of the business and innovations have allowed the company to win consumer recognition in the special cheese snack niche, reaching maximum production capacity. Because of that the capacity of existing resources failed to meet the rapidly growing demand. The company’s board decided to implement the project “Adaptation of production facilities to the needs of cheese production and purchase of technological equipment”, involving co-financing of EU funds.
