SIA “Top Food” started its operations in 2014 and is currently the only company in Latvia that produces smoked and fresh cheeses, as well as cheese snacks. The cheeses produced by the company are the work of skilled and responsible cheese masters. Cheeses are made only from fresh and high-quality Latvian milk. No preservatives or flavor enhancers are added during their preparation.
Within the framework of the project, it is planned to purchase new, more powerful, and technically better-equipped equipment and production lines, which will not only modernize and increase the capacity of the existing plant but also allow to the production of a new, innovative product. Co-financing from EU funds will be attracted for the implementation of the project.
