SIA “Gaļas pārstrādes uzņēmums Nākotne” is a full-cycle meat processing company, which provides the production cycle from the slaughter of cattle in its high-capacity slaughterhouse to the delivery of finished products to customers throughout the territory of Latvia.

Operating in the food industry, in order for the company to be able to compete with other food processors, it is necessary to make regular investments in the development and modernization of the processing process. SIA “Gaļas pārstrādes uzņēmums Nākotne” is constantly developing and looking for new opportunities to increase production efficiency and reduce production costs, producing competitive products with higher added value for both the local market and exports.

Therefore, in 2017, the management of SIA “Gaļas pārstrādes uzņēmums Nākotne” made a decision to increase labor productivity by implementing a new investment project SIA “Gaļas pārstrādes uzņēmums Nākotne” technological equipment for production needs, which will purchase new equipment to fully ensure production processes. The project will be implemented within the framework of the Rural Support Service support program “Support for the investments in processing”.

The project will purchase cooking, heat treatment, and smoking ovens and meat frames. As a result of the implementation of the project, the efficiency and competitiveness of the economic activity of the company will be significantly increased. The new, modernized ovens and frames for smoking ovens will provide a much more convenient and efficient meat cooking process, as well as a heat treatment and smoking process. Newly purchased equipment will significantly increase production productivity and reduce the cost of production. Thus, allowing the company to compete with other market players not only in terms of the quality of the products produced but also in terms of the price offered.
