SIA “Top Food” started its operations in 2014 and is currently the only company in Latvia that produces smoked and fresh cheeses, as well as cheese snacks. The cheeses produced by the company are the work of skilled and responsible cheese masters. Cheeses are made only from fresh and high-quality Latvian milk. No preservatives or flavor enhancers are added during their preparation.
Within the framework of the project, such modern cheese production equipment as a new smoking oven, thermoforming equipment, and product packaging equipment was purchased. Co-financing from European funds was attracted for the implementation of the project.
Thanks to the purchased equipment, SIA “Top Food” launched a new, innovative product, which is not represented in the European market – smoked cheese pieces “Cheezery” with several flavors. Also, the purchase of new equipment allowed the production and sale of fresh cheese with different flavors.
